Single Player, Local Multiplayer 1-2, HD (High Definition). The original SOULCALIBUR, brings fighting perfection to the Xbox 360. SOULCALIBUR is completely reworked with HDTV support, Leaderboards and challenging Achievements. Choose from the original 19 characters on a mission to acquire the Soul Edge! Do you have what it takes?
[MOD POWER ABUSE] Gamespot is saying that it's coming to Live but it won't have any online play.
New features for the XBLA edition of Soulcalibur will include the expected high-definition graphics and assortment of character- and mode-specific leaderboards. Unfortunately, cross-continental swordfights appear to be limited to the upcoming online-enabled Soulcalibur IV (set for a July 29 release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3), as Namco Bandai promised only that players could 'challenge a friend in local-play Versus mode.' Other modes include fighting genre staples like Arcade, Training, and Survival.

Just XBLA actually, but it's totally on the way. http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/52254 Namco was very specific that of the two downloadable games revealed yesterday, only PowerUp Forever would hit PSN in addition to XBLA. We just double-checked with Namco: online play isn't planned at this time. It'll be in HD though!
Hopefully this will end any lingering debate.
